The booty bands have two levels of resistance. The fist level (pink color) has a resistance of 5 to 10 kg, and the second level (purple color) of 10 to 20 kg. They are also available in a combo set. You also get a free 21-day training regime for a perky booty – a program of exercises to perform at home. 

Yes, the bands have the same length. The difference is in the level of resistance.

This is strictly individual, it depends on several things – how often you use them, the type of exercises and how you maintain them / how often you wash them. Most girls who use them for personal purposes have no problem even after a year and a half of use.

You can choose only one but we recommend exercising with both.

Yes, the bands are made with high quality soft materials that don’t hurt or pinch the skin, and have a silicone strip on the inner side to prevent sliding during exercise.
